Author Liz Wiseman Enlightens Rambus Employees on
the Difference Between Multipliers and Diminishers
Ms. Wiseman addressed 70 employees on July 28th as part of Invent Your Future's
Corporate Speaker Series. Her new book, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make
Everyone Smarter, presents two dramatically different types of leaders and explains how
Diminishers drain the intelligence and capability of everyone around them while
Mulipliers enhance and amplify capabilities. Citing several high-profile leaders who are
Multipliers, she discussed how they are able to get more productivity out of people than
they knew they had to give.
