Invent Your Future Foundation is a California nonprofit corporation formed to advance education, instruct individuals for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities and educate the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.
We support educational training programs and scholarships for women and girls specifically geared to career opportunities and advancement; including building the pipeline of women in careers using math, science and technology.
Foundation programs like these are made possible largely due to the generous support of corporate partners:
- Dare 2B Digital Conference on Careers for Young Women Using Computing Technologies – This program is designed to understand and remove barriers to girls’ participation in careers that leverage an education in Computer Science. Our goal is to serve as a resource to girls, parents and schools by working with industry to develop interactive curriculum modules that inspire students, especially girls, to study Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) subjects and careers.
- Invent Your Future Community Speaker Series – We host educational community enrichment events that bring thought leaders, authors and scientists to the community and students.
- Scholarships for women and girls – We aim to provide academic scholarships to support educational training programs and funding for women and girls specifically geared to career opportunities and advancement; including building the pipeline of women in careers using math, science and technology. We plan to award educational scholarships to support individuals at educational institutions.
