Jeanne Beacham is President and CEO of Delphon Industries LLC., with Divisions GEL-PAK, Quik-Pak, Touchmark and Ultratape, a materials
manufacturing company that is a leading provider of device packaging materials and services to the Semiconductor and Medical Device
Industries. With offices in Hayward and San Diego, CA, along with Manufacturing Reps and International Distributors, Delphon offers global
sales and service support.
Jeanne joined Vichem Corporation in 1994 as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of GEL-PAK, responsible for worldwide sales, marketing,
and strategic alliances. In December 1997, she led a management buyout of GEL-PAK and in July 2000, acquired Silicon Packaging Technology
in San Diego – creating Quik-Pak as a new division of GEL-PAK. In 2004 Jeanne restructured the company under Delphon Industries to
establish a platform to grow the company by both acquisition and organic growth. In 2005 acquired Touchmark and high precision Pad Printing
business serving medical and semiconductor industries.
Named in the Who’s Who of Female Executives, Jeanne recently received an award from the San Jose Business Journal as one of the most
influential women in business in Silicon Valley and Woman of Distinction in Technology. Delphon was named by the San Francisco Business
Times as one of the Top Women Owned business in the Bay Area. She is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executive Council of SEMI, is an
Advisory Board member for the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, appointed to the Joint Advisory Board of the Kellogg
School of Management’s Master of Management and Manufacturing Program. Jeanne was gave the Commencement address to the
Engineering school in June 2005.
Jeanne is a Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), a founding member of
SWAN (Semiconductor Women’s Alliance Network), a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and President of the Belmont United
Soccer Club. She is also on the advisory board of Owens Design and Altos Entertainment and involved in several mentoring programs.
Prior to GEL-PAK, Jeanne was the Marketing Manager at Tencor Instruments and spent 10 years at IBM in Essex Junction, VT, in a variety of
engineering and management positions where she received multiple distinguished engineering awards. Jeanne received her B.S. in Chemical
Engineering from Northwestern University.
Married with two active boys (9 and 12), Jeanne is a soccer coach and a member of the PTA Board and the Chair of the Science Fair. She loves to
travel and enjoys many outdoor activities, including skiing, boating, and running.

Cathy Benko is the chief talent officer responsible for driving the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ strategy to attract, develop and advance a highly skilled and
increasingly diverse workforce. She is also leading a pioneering approach to employee engagement and career/life integration called Mass
Career Customization, a signature initiative of the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ Talent agenda. Cathy recently coauthored Mass Career Customization:
Aligning the Workplace with Today’s Nontraditional Workforce (Harvard Press, September 2007) and is the author of the Women’s Initiative Blog,
which covers life, work and everything in between.
A respected and accomplished strategy consultant, Cathy specializes in driving transformational change. She is also active in the marketplace as
the lead client service principal for an Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO) client. Prior to her appointment as chief talent officer, Cathy led
Deloitte Consulting LLP’s (Deloitte Consulting's) high-technology industry sector and previously held the position of global e-Business leader for
Deloitte Consulting. She previously coauthored Connecting the Dots: Aligning Projects and Objectives in Unpredictable Times (Harvard Press
2003).
In recognition of her professional skill and achievement, Cathy has been named one of the “25 Most Influential Consultants” as well as a
“Frontline Leader” by Consulting Magazine. Cathy earned her master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School and a
bachelor of science degree from Ramapo College.

TITINA OTT is Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness for Oracle Corporation. As a global business executive for over 17 years, she currently
leads the global strategy to improve employee engagement and strengthen alignment of talent to the business strategy.
Prior to this role, Ms. Ott oversaw worldwide operations for Oracle University. She was responsible for supporting over 600,000 students and
450,000 online learning subscribers in over 72 countries. As part of Oracle’s globalization efforts, Ms. Ott led a transformational initiative across
65 countries to standardize business model.
A passionate advocate for mentorship, Ms. Ott co-founded and is the Managing Director for Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL), introducing an
innovative approach for cultivating and retaining female talent at Oracle.
Ms. Ott earned her B.S. and M.B.A from Case Western Reserve University.
