Dr. Janine Bera is a board certified internist currently on the staff of Kaiser Permanente’s Elk Grove facility. Dr. Bera is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, and she also completed her residency training at UCD. Her core interests are in the area of preventive medicine through better living, better eating, exercise, and finding balance in one’s life. She helps train her colleagues in the art of listening as a Communication Consultant; she does community outreach as a Physician Ambassador; and she volunteers as clinical faculty teaching medical students and providing medical care to indigents in the student-run free clinics.
