12:00 – 1:00pm PT
Presenter: Jennifer Kahnweiler, Ph.D.
All organizations are made up of introverts and extroverts. In many companies, introverts often feel excluded, overlooked and misunderstood. Extroverts, on the other hand, can get confused and frustrated in trying to communicate with their quieter colleagues.
What you will learn:
- This webinar will show introverts how to build on their quiet strength to work with, not against, who they are.
- They will learn tools to overcome the four key challenges that introverted leaders frequently face.
- Extroverts will learn how to better understand introverts, resulting in stronger and more effective teams.
