In building Invent Your Future, they have committed to partner with and support
non-profit organizations through income-sharing arrangements and the co-development of high quality
programs. Invent Your Future has created partnerships with PBWC, FWE&E, BlogHer, ATW, WIPP, Astia
    and more.

    Denise Brosseau

Denise Brosseau, Co-Founder & President, spent over 10 years in the women’s leadership
arena, founding and serving as the first CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE).
Denise made FWE (now FWE&E) the country’s leading organization for women-led startups,
with more than $1 billion of venture capital flowing to its members’ companies in just
three years. Along the way, she built FWE into a powerful network of female executives
earning extensive media coverage and several high profile community service awards.
Denise also co-founded and continues to be an advisor of the powerful venture conference
series for women entrepreneurs, the Springboard Venture Forums, which have led to over
$3.7 billion in funding for women entrepreneurs.

A Wellesley graduate with a Stanford MBA, Denise also completed Stanford’s prestigious Executive
Education program in Negotiation and is a licensed facilitator for The One Page Business Plan®.  Prior to
starting Invent Your Future Enterprises, Denise ran her own successful strategic consulting practice for
four years and she spent 10 years as a successful marketer at Motorola, Broderbund, and Kensington.
Denise has a strong commitment to non-profit excellence and community service, serving as the Chair
of the Business Leadership Council of Wellesley College and the Housing and Human Concerns
Committee in Redwood City. She has been profiled in Forbes, Business Week, Fast Company, Inc.

Invent Your Future Enterprises is a professional development company that is
accelerating the success of the next generation of corporate and entrepreneurial
women leaders. Based on extensive research on the training needs of corporate
managers and high potential leaders, the company offers talent development
programs; tools and toolkits; online and offline skill-building events; and
organizational consulting. We partner with companies in all industries to assure
the success of their efforts to retain and develop their women employees.

Why? A 2007 study by researchers at UC Davis shows that only 11.6% of executive
positions in California Fortune 400 companies are currently held by women. We
believe that having more women involved in the highest levels of business
management can only lead to more productive, dynamic and successful
companies. And we want to be a part of that success!
